Summer in la Colonia de San Jordi

When I was little I used to go to la Colonia de San Jordi for the summer vacation with my parents. It was the best holiday ever. The last time that we went was when I was fourteen. I had lots of friends there because we used to go there every year. We used to go to the beach and sit by a big fire, eating, talking and listening to music. We had the time of our lives.
But the last night that we stayed there, I had a really good time. It was my fourteen birthday and we were celbrating a huge party at the beach. All my friends were there and my family too, but Pau, my boyfriend wasn’t there, so I was a bit sad and couldn’t celebrate and just be happy. So the night was ok, we laughed, sang and ate good food.
At 12 o’clock everybody started singing and my parentes brought a huge cake, it was about a meter high, and full of chocolate. But suddenly the cake exploded and Pau jumped out of the cake! I was speechless but freaking out. I was so happy that I started crying. Then he gave me a big kiss and hugged me. It was the best moment ever.
